Keep your eyes open in this tranquil
environment. This shallow water domain is home to
Egrets and Herons, Dolphins, Rays and Sea Turtles, and is
a spawning ground for many varieties of fish.
Get Wet! You will have an opportunity to SNORKEL an area known as a nursery. Almost all marine life begins here. This area is not accustomed to a lot of human interaction, so move slowly, or you may miss something extraordinary amongst the natural sands, sponge gardens, coral and plant life. Go
deep into a mangrove island with your knowledgeable KAYAK
guide. Be sure to bring your camera with you!
You will see ospreys, double crested cormorants, herons,
white ibis, and occasionally a Bald Eagle, and many
other exotic species of bird life. Remember to look
down once in a while, you will be surprised what
creatures you will find cooling off in the shade of the
mangrove. |
